This a challenge to get you up and running for November; just in time to burn some calories prior to stuffing your face and passing out on the living room floor on Thanksgiving (oh wait, that’s just me!?). You set your own goal, whether it’s timed or mileage and you’re accountable for yourself – but seriously, find a friend and do it together because if you’re like me, you’re far more likely to complete your goal if someone’s giving you a sweaty stare down.
I’ve mentally committed myself to 70 minutes of running per week and I’ll check in each week so I’m also eligible for some awesome prizes! OK, I had to complete a short form on RER, so I guess it’s more than just a mental commitment.
